Yannick Alleno was born into a family of bistro owners and has been passionate about cooking since he was a young child.
Alleno is an ambitious and passionate perfectionist and achieves a personal balance in his work, which brought him numerous awards right from the start of his career, including national artistic cuisine champion, Bocuse d’argent, Maître cuisinier and many others.
In 2003, Alleno took charge of the kitchens of Le Meurice in Paris and in 2007 he achieved its third Michelin star, becoming a member of an elite circle of the world’s greatest chefs.
Together with Florence Cane, in 2008 he launched his luxury food service group in order to disseminate French concepts and products worldwide.
In 2014, he took over the kitchens of the Pavillon Ledoyen with the restaurant being awarded its third Michelin star only seven months after his arrival. In October 2014, Gault&Millau once again paid tribute to Alleno’s career, awarding him the title of Chef of the Year.
On February 9, 2017, Yannick Alleno reached the summits by receiving the supreme consecration a second time for his work in 1947, the restaurant of the hotel Cheval Blanc in Courchevel. He is now the only chef to cumulate twice three stars in France.

Since then, our shared story has taken place at some fantastic venues, such as Cheval Blanc, Terroir Parisien, the Stay all over the World concept, all of which are rewarding projects, challenges and adventures!
Inspired by the history of cuisine, each development seeks to preserve and modernize it. Discussing, listening, analysing, comparing ideas, sketches and prototypes… In each instance, the process of reflection was stimulating, methodical and multi-faceted.
Apart from the passion driving us forward, Yannick Alleno and I have something else in common: we are creative.
Our approach is based on understanding today’s world and adding a touch of modernity and keeping a close eye on technological innovations and even art and sociology, all of which bring us together and shape our designs.
