In collaboration with chef Jérôme Banctel, we have created a customised collection composed of a limited series of porcelain plates to accompany the chef's creativity and dress the restaurant room at Le Gabriel.

We have been working with Jérôme Banctel for more than two years and we have answered at the request of the chef to set up a collection for Le Gabriel.
Born in Rennes, Jérôme Banctel spent his childhood in Bretagne where he enter at the Notre Dame de Saint-Méen-le-Grand hotel school. After a stint in the Val d'Oise and the Netherlands with Michel kerever's brigade, Jérôme Banctel arrived in Paris in 1993 He will make a series of steps in restaurants more pretigious than each other: L'Ambroisie in the Place des Vosges, Le Senderens in the Place de la Madeleine until Gabriel de La Réserve at the beginning of 2015.
A creative work of creation
It is in our workshops in Clermont-Ferrand that the private collection was designed, based on the comments of of the chef to define a graphic universe that suits him.
We have designed designs, plate by plate, to offer a wide and unique range. Each plate pattern accompanies the dish it contains, creating coherence and highlighting it.
