The association of the Disciples of Escoffier International has just launched "Disciples d'Escoffier Pays Maroc". In order to promote Moroccan gastronomy, the association is working to pass on the professional heritage of Auguste Escoffier on a daily basis; to pass on the spirit of the work of this French chef to new generations of cooks and gastronomes. At the initiative of this large-scale project: Lahcen Hafid, Head of Kitchens at the Ritz in Paris.
Lahcen wanted to highlight Moroccan chefs, apprentices, restaurateurs and producers, but also to promote a plural gastronomy, shaped by countless cultures, each richer than the next.

Launch in 2021 of the 1st Escoffier Morocco Young Talent Contest; creation of a partnership with Morocco's tourism industry in correlation with foreign establishments and associations such as Safran Paris, Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa, or the Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay.
